“This hotel is new so clean and great shape. We were in the 2 bedroom suite and this family of 4 loved it for our home away from home. We have stayed in many Homewood Suites and our only suggestion would be to fluff up the Wednesday Evening Reception. It was Chili (maybe add some bread), salsa and chips and cheese and crackers. The wine and beer selection was good. Maybe add a pasta or a salad bar. Some hotels have done little sandwich sliders. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again when in the area. Great to walk around the mall.”

“I’ve been staying at Homewood Suites in Puyallup for over a month, and honestly, every minute of my stay has been an absolute delight. As someone who is usually a Marriott girl, this stay completely changed my perspective on Hilton hospitality. Ken, one of the managers, has some of the most incredible hospitality I’ve ever experienced. Being over 2,000 miles away from my home and child was emotionally hard at times, and he truly made me feel at home here. That level of kindness and care genuinely touched my heart. The rest of the staff has been equally amazing. Marym, Makayla, and Patricia were always sweet, genuine, and wonderful to talk to. Tori from the night staff was also incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I honestly do not have a single bad thing to say about anyone here. The rooms were always spacious, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The breakfast staff also deserves recognition because they kept the taco bar going every morning, and somehow the quality and taste stayed consistently good every single day. Thank you all for making a long work trip feel a little less lonely and a lot more like home. I truly appreciate every one of you.”

“We recently stayed at Homewood Suites while hosting a birthday celebration, and overall the experience ended on a very positive note despite a pretty significant housekeeping oversight when we first checked into our room. The hotel itself is beautiful, very new, modern, and well maintained, and the staff throughout our stay were incredibly professional and accommodating. What really stood out to us was how the situation was handled afterward. Ken was exceptional. He addressed the issue immediately, treated us with professionalism and genuine concern, and worked quickly to make things right. He was calm, respectful, and clearly cared about the guest experience rather than brushing the concern aside. That level of customer service honestly made all the difference. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but responsive management and staff who genuinely care about their guests are what determine whether customers return, and Ken absolutely helped turn the situation around for our family. We ended up having a wonderful birthday celebration, and the rest of our stay was enjoyable. Overall, this is a beautiful property with a welcoming atmosphere and staff who truly try to take care of their guests. We would absolutely consider staying here again.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The property is comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. However, what truly made our experience special was Ms. Irma in the breakfast area. From the moment we met her, she made us feel right at home. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Her warm personality and outstanding customer service added so much value to our stay. Employees like Irma are a true asset to the hotel. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.”

“My room is amazing. I was upgraded for free to an even better room than the kick ass suite I booked. Upon check in a was handed a bottle of smart water and got the run down on the taco bar breakfast. I thought nothing of it at the time, but the complimentary breakfast far surpassed my expectations expectations. The was a poster in the elevator advertising Wednesday night social event with drinks and refreshments. I was excited for cheese and crackers. Not only was the menu great, but it absolutely helped with the loneliness of this work trip. I got to break bread and share conversation with a woman who is displaced from a flood. She’s been there for six months and still enjoying her time there with the kindness from the friendly staff. Next guy that sat next to me lost his home in a fire. All these people experiencing hardships from real disasters in great spirits and the environment here can take some credit for that. I was just happy to have a safe place to stay and park my car. What a great stay this has been with the incredible paths I’ve crossed in this Wednesday night social hour with refreshments.”

“Wonderful place to stay! Me and my family were set up here for temp housing when our home was under repair. My kids loved breakfast and making their own waffles. Breakfast team is super sweet and helpful, special thanks to Irma and Andrea. The staff are awesome; from front desk, Robin and Mikayla, super helpful and kind, to room service (everyone was kind) the room was clean, nice space, comfy beds, kitchen was stocked! Pool was clean (goes from 3ft-5ft so bring floaties for little ones). Location was a breeze for everything- mall (a walk away), stores and tons of food options around, and freeway is right there. Overall, its a great place to stay and I will absolutely recommend it to others. Anytime I needed anything, I was helped immediately. Huge thanks to the entire team, including management, Junior and Ken. Throughout our stay we were provided awesome customer service.”
